How long do deliveries take?
From the moment your order is confirmed, our delivery is expected between 3-5 business days.
Do you provide tracking for deliveries?
Yes, our logistics provider offers you the ability to track your package to your doorstep
What is your return policy?
All sales are final, we do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds.
In the rare occurrence of receiving an incorrect product which is not what you ordered and still in its original packaging and unused, you can mail back the product to us. Once received, we will either issue you correct product you ordered or give you store credit for the amount.
Are your products authentic?
We only deal in authentic products. Our customers have never faced any issue with regards to their authenticity.
How are you able to provide such low prices?
We have a unique inventory management model which allows us to procure the most popular products in one-
off lots which reduces our running costs allowing us to provide our customers with eye watering deals.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over Rs. 5,000/-
Charges for smaller orders are approximately Rs.200/-
Note: Due to tremendous demand for our products, if our stock runs out for a specific product, we will remove that specific product from your order and adjust the amount due and dispatch the remaining order with the adjusted invoice & amount.
For orders over PKR 15,000/- we require a 50% deposit up front via bank transfer in order to confirm the order. The remainder of the balance can be paid as COD. You can also pay the full amount via Bank deposit.
